Who we are...?
Firstly, let’s tell you about us. We’re passionate about helping organisations that make a difference to overcome skill shortages, to reach and attract the talent they need. We run the biggest job board in the public sector space, jobsgopublic, and have operated in the industry for over 20 years. The job board is well known and has a great reputation.
But we’re not just a jobs board.
We work with local government, social workers, and various other public sector organisations, to build out multi-faceted advertising campaigns to promote their roles. One of our key products is our Applicant Tracking System, a SaaS platform that ties this all together, enabling organisations to save time and streamline their recruitment.
We’ve been fortunate enough that over the last year our business has continued to grow, as we expand we want to ensure both new and existing clients continue to get the best possible customer experience.
Here’s where you come in!
The happiness of our clients is an essential part of what has kept JGP Resourcing successfully running for over 20 years. We need someone to join our team that cares as much about client success as we do. You will become an essential part of the client onboarding process, working alongside our key accounts to ensure their transition to our ATS software system runs smoothly. You’ll also ensure that existing clients receive proactive training and support to get the best from our products.
What we need…
This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to develop their career in account management and has a keen interest in client success. This role will involve working closely with decision makers in the public sector and you need to be passionate about how software can help contribute to them achieving their goals.
If would be great (but not essential) if you had…
- Experience working in customer support or account management for a SaaS company
- Knowledge of working with and understanding customers that have a large number of stakeholders, ideally in the public or third sector
- Comfortable communicating with clients through virtual platforms, such as Google Meets.
