As a Hubspot Specialist at jobsgopublic, you’ll work for one of the UK’s leading Public Sector Talent Solution Providers, offering amazing benefits, wide-ranging experiences, and great career development opportunities.

Who we are...?

Firstly, let’s tell you about us. We’re passionate about helping organisations that make a difference to overcome skill shortages, to reach and attract the talent they need. We run the biggest job board in the public sector space, jobsgopublic.com, and have operated in the industry for over 20 years. The job board is well known and has a great reputation.

But we’re not just a jobs board.

We work with local government, social workers, and various other public sector organisations, to build multi-faceted advertising campaigns to promote their roles.

To deliver on this opportunity, jobgopublic aims to become a marketing and content-led organisation. We are in the process of revising our brand architecture, visual identity and Tone of Voice; we are developing new products and services; and we are bringing specialists to help us move at pace. Our goal is to establish a sophisticated marketing function, delivering consistently high-quality content and campaigns which deliver measurable results.

The Role:

The Hubspot Specialist will be central to our transition into a data-led organisation. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to help us manage our customer and product data, and to help us translate these into strategies to improve customer experience.

You will be responsible for our CRM (HubSpot), and analysis of our activity across a range of digital channels. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will review marketing activity, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

You will have responsibility for optimising our tools, especially HubSpot, helping to create workflows and dashboards, and training internal teams to make the best use of our technology.

This role is for someone with demonstrable, hands-on experience with HubSpot’s marketing and sales Hubs. Alongside excellent data and analysis skills, you’ll have a good understanding of marketing strategy, and bring the drive to help us establish best practice use of our CRM and other technology.

What we’re looking for:

The successful candidate for the Hubspot Specialist will be a Certified HubSpot enterprise user have the following experience

  • Google Analytics UA, Tag Manager, Data Studio
  • SQL experience and basic statistic knowledge (Tableau)
  • A/B testing
  • Highly organised, self-starter
  • Commercial acumen and business analysis – experience in measuring KPIs and calculating ROI

Ideally, you will have an understanding of UX and online user behaviour, GA4, the experience of finding and managing third-party agencies and have worked within a SaaS and/or recruitment business.

Why join us?

Not only do we offer some fantastic benefits such as 27 days holiday, above normal pension contribution, healthcare (including optical and dental) and 4:30pm Friday finishes but we are fully remote.

Our teams have the option of meeting up on an ad-hoc basis at any of the London WeWork locations.

In addition, we get together once each month in London for all-company socials.
